Pra, cdo analiz\u00eb q\u00eb lidhet me KLP-n\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb punim, do t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb parasysh k\u00ebt\u00eb ndarje t\u00eb funksioneve, edhe pse p\u00ebr objektiva dhe masa t\u00eb caktuara k\u00ebto dy organe kontribuojn\u00eb nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh m\u00eb mir\u00ebfunksionimin e sistemit t\u00eb prokuroris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr analogji me rezultatin e parashikuar n\u00eb rastin e KLGj-s\u00eb, edhe n\u00eb rastin e KLP-s\u00eb, rezultati nuk p\u00ebrmban synimin e analiz\u00ebs s\u00eb legjislacionit, struktur\u00ebs dhe akteve t\u00eb saj, q\u00eb\u00ebsht\u00eb ajo cfar\u00eb shpreh objektivi dhe q\u00ebllimi i politik\u00ebs: veprimi i KLP-s\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me standardet evropiane, me profesionaliz\u00ebm, efikasitet, transparenc\u00eb dhe n\u00eb kushtet e llogaridh\u00ebnies. N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim, cdo rishikim i struktur\u00ebs, ligjit apo rregullave t\u00eb brendshme, do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb si synim p\u00ebrmbushjen e k\u00ebtyre parimeve, pra rezultati i d\u00ebshiruar do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb struktur\u00ebdhe baz\u00eb ligjore\/n\u00ebnligjore q\u00eb garanton kushtet q\u00eb KLP t\u00eb veproj\u00eb me profesionaliz\u00ebm, efikasitet, transparenc\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu, edhe p\u00ebr KLP-n\u00eb vlen i nj\u00ebjti arsyetim lidhur me mund\u00ebsin\u00eb reale t\u00eb arritjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtij rezultati. K\u00ebtu mbajm\u00eb n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb se, edhe n\u00eb rastin e KLP-s\u00eb, ngritja e vonuar e k\u00ebtij institucioni<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a>, v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb infrastrukturore, q\u00eb e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb pun\u00ebn me efikasitet<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a>, dhe fillimi vet\u00ebm n\u00eb 2019 nga nxjerrja e akteve, disa prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve jan\u00eb t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb vitit 2019<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a>, kan\u00eb prodhuar nj\u00eb situat\u00eb faktike q\u00eb aktet q\u00eb mund t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohen kan\u00eb af\u00ebrsisht dy vite q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb veprim, koh\u00eb e shkurt\u00ebr kjo p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb efektshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb tyre apo nevoj\u00ebs p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim.
