N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim masa \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur Rezultatin 2.5.1 dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me synimet e Objektiv\u00ebs 2.4 p\u00ebr rritjen e aksesit n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Referuar Raportit Vjetor mbi veprimtarin\u00eb e DNJF p\u00ebr vitin 2020, konstatohet se kjo drejtori i ka kushtuar nj\u00eb v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb shtuar informimit mbi sistemin e ndihm\u00ebs juridike falas duke u ndalur n\u00eb hartimin dhe publikimin e materialeve nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsuese. Megjithat\u00eb, si prioritet n\u00eb fokus t\u00eb qendrave t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb ndihm\u00ebs juridike par\u00ebsore parashikohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi dhe edukimi i qytetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr ndihm\u00ebn juridike t\u00eb garantuar nga shteti dhe kushtet e p\u00ebrfitimit, si nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr faktor\u00ebt q\u00eb ndikon drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb rritjen e numrit t\u00eb rasteve t\u00eb trajtuara. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt, kjo mas\u00eb vjen si p\u00ebrgjigje e problematikave t\u00eb hasura n\u00eb terren n\u00eb lidhje me munges\u00ebn e informacionit mbi sistemin e ndihm\u00ebs juridike.N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt, masa \u00ebsht\u00eb aktuale dhe n\u00eb koherenc\u00eb me realitetin.Nj\u00eb mas\u00eb e ngjashme gjendej edhe n\u00eb SND I, n\u00ebn Aktivitetin 3.03 f) \u2018<em>Fushat\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi\u2019 midis Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, Dhom\u00ebs s\u00eb Avokatis\u00eb, dhe KLGJ\u2019<\/em>.
